• Bootstrapped a Next.js 16 App Router site with the React Compiler, cache components, and typed routes enabled from the start
• Wrote the SEO surface as Next.js metadata files, covering Open Graph, Twitter cards, canonical URLs, a generated sitemap, robots rules, and a web manifest
• Built the animated grid backdrop on a canvas element, driving it with requestAnimationFrame and tearing the loop down cleanly on unmount
• Skipped Vercel rebuilds on docs-only pushes with an ignoreCommand that treats Markdown and LICENSE changes as no-ops
• Wired Biome with the Next.js and React rule domains on, and ran lint and format through lint-staged on a husky pre-commit hook
• Added a Bun CI workflow that installs from the lockfile, then lints and builds on every push and pull request
